If you're trying to add your Node/Pro's serial number in the app or in the website and you get the following error "The serial number you entered doesn't exist", then:

​1) Double-check your serial number from inside the settings menu > 'About' > 'Node/Pro Info'.

​2) If the serial number you entered is the correct code and it still doesn't work, then contact us and send us a picture of the "Pro Info", with the serial number and MAC address. 我們將提供解決方案進行回應。
