If you're trying to add your Node/Pro's serial number in the app or in the website and you get the following error "The serial number you entered doesn't exist", then:

1) Double-check your serial number from inside the settings menu > 'About' > 'Node/Pro Info'.

2) If the serial number you entered is the correct code and it still doesn't work, then contact us and send us the serial number. We will respond within 24 hours with a solution.
